Family vacation itinerary template
Family trips go better when the plan includes the boring parts: when everyone eats, when the little ones nap and what you do if it rains. This template adds those to every day page, along with an overview page for the details only you know, like allergies and the pediatrician's number.
In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the printer to download the pages instead of printing them.
What is on the pages
- Overview page with a kid essentials block
- One page per day with nap and snack times, kid-friendly food and a rainy-day plan
- Optional packing list with a kids group, budget tracker and notes page
Tips for using it
- Plan one main activity per day and treat everything else as a bonus.
- Write the nap or quiet time first, then fit activities around it.
- Pick a rainy-day plan before you leave so it does not become an argument.
