Europe trip itinerary template
A multi-city trip needs two kinds of planning: the route between cities and the days inside each one. This template starts with a route page for the cities in order and the trains or flights between them, then gives each day a page with the city, tickets and bookings you need.
In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the printer to download the pages instead of printing them.
What is on the pages
- Overview page for cities in order, transport between them, stays, documents and money
- One page per day with the city, plan blocks, tickets and bookings
- Optional packing list, budget tracker and notes page
Tips for using it
- Write the departure time of every train or flight on the overview page.
- Group your days by city so you are not changing hotels more often than you need to.
- Check passport validity and entry rules for every country on the route before you book.
